I recommend this seller. I received the best customer service. Very helpful. The product is well made and comes with plenty of extra disposable needle attachments. I do my own microneedling at home and this pen has been great so far.This is worth every penny and then some. I've spent three times this for one micro needling session at Spas. This machine is awesome quality. Smooth, plus I can plug it in.With a previous device, the batteries would run out when ever I'd go to use it. This one, I can just plug in to use it, or charge and unplug-SWEET!I've only used this a few times, it had worked fine but now it won't turn off and I can't return it thru Amazon where I purchased it in Feb as it was a replacement for my previous pen that I had issues with, not sure why I cannot replace this one thru Amazon....Muy buena inversiónVery satisfied with my purchase!! Speed does not go all the way up, and the last time I used it, I could not turn it off, so I just left it on until runned out of batteryThe pen is faulty and when I fist used it it would shut off every few seconds.
