DESCRIPTION

The engineer pas-31 is a dedicated tool for extracting circular ended crimp pins from their housing with ease. This ejector tool has an ID (Inside Diameter) of 2.1mm & an OD (Outside diameter) of 2.7mm. Please note: This extractor tool will not work with crimp pins that have square shaped ends (only circular pins).

Although it is well made, it was no good in practical use. It would not close the 'barbs' on the crimps that I was attempting to extract.The main problem is that the operator has no means of pressing the tool down onto the crimp, with enough force to close the crimp barbs, without the 'plunger' getting in the way.It could do with something like a collar or shoulder at the top of the main body, that you can exert pressure on.I was unable to use it and had to cut the wiring and reterminate with new plugs, as well as crimps
